Jesus Return. Part-Two.

‘You will see Me Again.’

Jesus told the religious men of His day who were sending Him to the cross, that they would see Him again in glory. This is a fact that we cannot escape, all of humanity will see Jesus at the end.

The bible tells us that men will hide under the rocks hoping for death, but we who are believers will instead be caught up in air to be with Him.

Matthew 26:64,  Mark 14:62,  1 Thessalonians 4:17,  Revelation 6:16.

Xmass. Part-Three.

Miracles.

It would seem that today science and psychology have replaced faith and miracles of the bible. People will run to anyone for help, but not to God?

This is not totally true, many shools have abanonded the ‘Nativity play and yet those same people would take a Christian stance against Islam.

Thousands of people across the world, even in Europe and N-America will give their lives to jesus this Christmas and New Year!

Will You?

Psalm 106:10,  John 3:17,  Acts 16:30,  1 Corinthians 10:33.

‘Nailed for Us. Part-Three.

He died for you and Me.

‘Christians can make a lot of fuss over doctrines about Jesus dying on the Cross and the Communion table, but the bible is very clear and so is the Greek. So their are no excuses to say somthing different.

Today is ‘Good Friday, when Jesus paid the penalty for our sin, failures. This day of shedding His blood is a one off event for the redemption/purshase of our souls back from Satan to God.

The blood was not spilt for legalists or traditionalists, but for all who would have faith in believing Jesus death and resurrection. This not the end of the story, but the beginning, because Jesus ascended with the promise to return for us at the end of the age.

Job 33:24,  Psalm 109:3,  Romans 8:34,  Hebrews 10:10-14.

Love. Part-Two.

Application.

Today is Saint Valentines day, many will be celebrating it in the traditional sense with the special meal, red roses and the long awaited card. But in light of the recent storms and bad weather that has hit Canada and the U.S., Ireland and Britain many people will not be getting out tonight or even this weekend.

Many are either snowed in or flooded and this is a good time to share the love we have by making a hot drink, being a shoulder to cry on and providing some free accommodation. That is putting into practice what it is to be a ‘Christian.

To be a real believer in Jesus and to share His love in us, also allows us not to expect anything in return not even a thank you.

Matthew 5:40-48.
