Secular Humanism. Part-One.

U.K. Attack on Religion?

There is currently a big debate about Muslim children wearing head scarves that is leading to advice to Head teachers to have them banned? But in the light of so much sexual exploitation of children, it perhaps would be wise to show a little modesty!

Sikh boys are permitted to wear their traditional head dress and there are many other religions including the Christian faith that are being attacked over wearing symbols or wanting to separate from education on sexual identity and even creationism?

Why cant children just be children and wear what is suitable and let them grow up and make those other decisions when they get to their teens!

NO GOD?

Foolishness.

Many people today trust in things, sex, material goods, property, land, pets, but they claim no faith or beliefe in God?

There are many who claim to know God, they do good deeds and works, they are pious and religious and they try to be good living.

There is a God, who we remember every Christmas and Easter, that sent His one and only son to bring us back by His sacrifice for our failure into relationship with the Father.

Being Single. Part-One.

Not for Everyone.’

In todays society it is almost a dirty word to say that you want to remain single, to not be in any relationship. Everyone wants to do what they want to do, be promiscuous and one shold loose their virginity as soon as they can.

Join in the crowd is the new peer presures being placed on young people, enjoy life. But the Apostle Paul wanted the single and the widows to remain as they are and there is nothing wrong with that.

1 Corinthians 7:8, 26-28.

Saint Valentine. Part-Three.

‘Lust is not Love.’

Sex in marriage is not lust, it is a natural loving aspect of God’s character, because that is how we produce the next generation. But it is also for our pleasure within the vows of marriage.

God does not like lust and adultery, because one leads to the other. The sad conclusion of the end result is divorce and all the pain that can go with it, especially if there are children.

It is said ‘ that many Valentine gifts on the 14th February will be given to the mistress and the boy friend, but not to the good wife and caring husband?’
