The people have Spoken!

Sinn Fein for the Poor?

It is always the people that decide the ultimate fate of a government, nation, or ideal of a system and in this case Ireland may be flourishing for the rich but not for the student or the poor!

Rents are now astronomical, just us much as they are in the U.K. and off-shore investors are making a killing and paying little taxes to anyone? But this has to change and despite not having a majority people are seeing now through the corruption of the chums political club that has ruled Ireland since 1922!

God also see the suffering of people and He will use what ever instrument that is available to Him to do His will! Injustice is not in His psyche and allowing anarchy and criminality to flourish while making excuses is neither His but our own failures and our need of Him.

Psalm 91:1-6,   Amos 5:4,   John 3:16-17,   Acts 4:12,   Romans 3:21-31,  Hebrews 4:12-13,  1 John 1:8-10.

Families! Two.

Sense of Belonging?

The world is a hard place, especially when families go all wrong and love is conditional?

Many people today claim that they were not loved by their parents and yet forty to fifty years ago, working conditions and time off for child care was both hard and not available?

Loneliness is another factor in our society, even for married couples when they get older?

What is the remedy to these situations, faith in God and knowing the Lord allows us un-limited access into the Church! But still many Christians to have the same problems as the world, but this should not be?

Genesis 22:8,    John 1:29,   Mark 15:41,   1 Timothy 3:5,   5:3,   Jude 1:12.

Another Year?

Another Marching Season!

It never stops and nothing is resolved from year to year in Northern-Ireland? The billions will be poured in and it will relieve for a time, but when it runs out more demands will be met?

The initial problem has not been resolved by the government, but made worse by the bung or the bribe to play to suite a defunct and broken coalition? Which as being warned will end in tears, one hopes the tears of true repentance and not the continued hypocrisy of religiosity?

Proverbs 15:27,  29:4,  Isaiah 33:15,  Ezekiel 22:12,   Exodus 23:7-8, Ephesians 5:11-13,  Titus 2:11-12.

A month of Saints. Part-Two.

Father of Celtic Christianity.

What more can be said, that has not already been covered about Patrick! Apart from his own account of his life there are many legends and these are perhaps those extended accounts of some real events.

Patrick was quite a man, one as a believer who was determined to return to Ireland and presch the ‘Good News message was Jesus on the stake and risen from the dead. This message has not changed today, it is still the same as it was the those first who witnessed these events.

Being a Christian believer is not about saying words like a mantra of hail mary’s or going to confession, taking mass. It is about a personal relationship every day with Jesus and obeying His ways. It is about doing good deeds wither we are thanked or not.

Mark 13:12-13,  Luke 9:1-5,  1 Peter 3, 7.
