Partakers. Two.

Who we Are!

We who claim faith in Jesus are no longer of the things of this world, yet we have to continue to live in the society that we are in!

The world must not influence us, because we are under the power of God’s Holy Spirit. We now should have no desires in our thinking, but the old nature will continue to tempt us to do a little here and there?

Many Christians attack or a Judgemental because we want to do what is right and to be do always trying to what is good, but this is what the bible teaches us to be like!

Romans 8:15-16,  2 Peter 3:14-17,  1 John 3:11.

Right Thoughts.

The Difference.

Between the world and the Agious (Called out)!

The world thinks one way, while believers in the death and resurrection of Jesus desire to have right thoughts. The worldly mind in full of selfishness, I want, I will, I shall? It is all about I, me, myself?

But the born-again believers know where they have come from, where we are going and who we are. We desire to have the right way of thinking as we battle with darkness all around us appearing as light.

Psalm 51:10-13,  Proverbs 20:9,  Luke 1:47,  Ephesians 2:10,  James 5:19-20.

Wickedness. Part-One,

Keeping Safe.

The world around us is full of wickedness, everyone tells lies like truth, even our own hearts want to sin it crouches waiting for the moment to enter our hearts and minds.

But we must resist it, refuse the temptations and say no to revenge and retaliation. Instead we must seek what is right and fare and always try to do our best to be good and avoid conflict.

Psalm 51:10,  73:12-18, Matthew 5:8,  Titus 3:5,  James 4:8.

Holocaust Denial. Part-Two.

‘Hiding behind Immigration.’

We must be informed and aware of the rise of the right-wing in Europe today, because of economic decline and issues covering free movement within the union of countries. Politicians have made a name and reputation for themselves in recent years of being habitual liars.  1 John 2:22,  4:3.

We have to learn from our own past historical events of persecution, occuapation and were we stood in 1939. The Holocuast and mass extermination of the Jews in Europe has been followed by Bosnis and Kosovo. Meanwhile Turkey carried out its own Genocide in 1900 against the Armenian Christians.  Exodus 23:8,   Psalm 26:9-10.

World history moves on and the sin of humanity, which is inherited will also continue. It is only our own call on Jesus and our own repentance that will save us, with the hope of a New life and attitudes to Eternity.  Matthew 12:21,  Luke 6:34,  2 Corinthians 1:7, Galatians 5:5,  Titus 2:13,   Hebrews 6:18-19.

Terrorism. Part-Two.

‘Dark Forces.

People who are angry and not heard as we saw recently in Norway are right across Europe and the world. As Christians in politics we do so need to encourage everyone with their grievences to be heard and not ignored.

Sometimes what we will hear we disgust us, but hear it will help to heal any wounds that left festering as we should know will lead to a conflict. Jesus was not political, but when shown a coin, said ‘Give to Ceaser what is his and then give to God.

We need to learn to respect those in authority both in the government and in the ekklesia.

Mark 12:14-17,  Romans 13:1-7,  Titus 3:1, 1 Peter 2:13-17.

Good Merit. Part-One.

I’m Alright.

Most people think that they are good, that they are better than most. I’s a good person, because I give to charity, go to Mass or Church, am fare with most people and try to do what is right most of the time.

Many care for their parents or others, believing that this will get them on good terms with God and they will go to heaven. But these are not the conditions that have been set down by God in relation to eternity. Yes it is good that we do good, but we must first confess that Jesus Christ, the Son of God is our own personal Saviour and that we live and move in His will, control and not our own wants and will’s. John 3:3-8,  1 Peter 1:17-19.

Christmas. Part-Two.

A righteous branch. Jeremiah 23:5.

Jesus the son of David will, has come and reigns wisely. We see that while he was on the earth, throughout the Gospels that he did what was right and fair. He was the perfect human, he did not sin. Now He is in heaven, waiting for the Father to announce his return.

What will you be doing this Season, getting drunk, eating to much, spending money that you have not got? Will you be acting wisely? Will you be taking on right responsibility and caring for those around you, family or stranger? Will you do that for nothing in return?

John 6:47, 1 John 5:20.

But most of all will you try to do your best and believe that Jesus died and rose again for you!
