Having Attitude?

The driving forces!

It all depends on what our attitude is to certain situations and this will also reveal the condition of our hearts and motives?

Human idealism and dogmatic stances will lead to legalistic ideas that will block progress and insight fear or drive a position of refusing to understand the needs of others!

It might seem right, when it is not and many Christians have been ensnared in these attitudes for generations turning what they had from religious freedom into death and having no ability to fully comprehend the truths of Jesus and the Holy Bible?

Numbers 14:24,   Philippians 2:5,   4:5,   Titus 3:2.

Secular Humanism. Part-Two.

European and Western Concept?

What is on offer today is a denial of the power of God in personal faith, justification of sin is nothing new but it is now encompassed in a new fairer terminology! Christians of all descriptions are being made out to be mad, if they refuse to accept these new ideals?

But we are warned that the love of people will grow cold in the last days, coldness to the toleration of others beliefs over that of their own! We are not talking here about religious sectarianism, but rather a new form of a religion dressed up as secular!

If we believe in the death and resurrection of Jesus and know that He died for our sins and has set us free from the curse of legalism, we are born-again and free from anything that would block us from the love of God! Our conduct must be truthful and honest as we work out our salvation in these last days!

Matthew 24:12,  2 Corinthians 4:1-2,  Ephesians 5:2,  Jude 1:23.

Religious Freedom. Part-One.

Christianity and Other?

There is a world history of Christianity clashing with other religions, because of our freedoms and their enforced legalism and idolatry? Many lands in Africa clash with Islam, but also with the many primitive religions and beliefs too some of which are nothing more than folklore?

Believers can get killed for their faith, for their failure to respect a certain prophet or a certain custom! Others do not like to see freedom from ritualism, from personality worship and from community control?

Isaiah 58:16,   Matthew 6:14,   John 8:32-33,   36,   Acts 13:46,   14:3,   22:28.

Happy New Year?

Hope.

We all want to start off this New Year with hope for many things, family, education, work, friends, parents? There is nothing wrong with having hope like that, even in business and in religious affaires?

But it is even better to have hope in God-Jesus to know where we are with Him in relation to Eternity and our Salvation! To be free from legalistic religion and ritualism based on traditions, which have nothing to do with the Bible?

1 Thessalonian 1:9-10,  Job 35:10-12,  Romans 8:24-25.
