Religious Freedom. Part-Two.

Christians under Attack!

Apart from us being easy targets are the Jewish religion and the main proponent to attack both of us is Islam, but after that is Atheism, Hindus and Buddhism!

Why, what are they afraid of? Because Christianity has to truth and offer’s all who hear and accept freedom from both religious and government controls!

Jews are hated even by Christians, but without them we would not have our Salvation! Muslims want to eradicate Israel, because they know and fear the return of Jesus who will reign from Jerusalem?

Other religions or non fear also Jesus return, because it will mean an end to their so called belief’s and systems that are nothing more than a pack of lies!

Isaiah 7:14,  Matthew 1:23,  24:18,  Mark 13:16,  Luke 1:27,  Romans 11:8-11,  Revelation 17:14,  19:16.

Called Too? One.

Suffer for Jesus!

When we become believers we enter into a New life and relationship with God, through the good works of His one and only son! But we should know that we will be persecuted now for our faith, because Satan wants to take the peace and joy that we have in God away from us!

Persecution is not always a bad thing, the early Church in Jerusalem were scattered and by this the Gospel was spread further out into what we now term the Middle-East? Today Christians are suffering in many nations, where they are not recognised!

For many believers have to remain in a secretive state, from  Buddhist, Hindu and Islamic world to Communist nations such as China and North-Korea. There are as equal Christian religious movements too?

Matthew 13:21,  Acts 8:1,  11:19,  Romans 8:35,  1 Thessalonians 3:4,  7.

EASTER. Part-One.

Jesus said….

He will go up to Jerusalem and be delivered to evil men, but on the third day He would arise. These passages confirm that the Lord told His Disciples He was going to the Cross and that He would rise from the dead.

Matthew 16:21, 17:23, 20:19, 27:64. Luke 9:22, 13:32, 18:33, 24:7, 21.

The agony of the garden has more to do with the human nature of Jesus as He surrendered to the will of His Father. We must maintain that Jesus was the Perfect-God man and that He was a perfect Jewish man.

Matthew 26:36-50,  Mark 14:32042,  Luke 22:39-49,  John 18:1-2.

Promised Return. Part-Two.

The Day of the Lord.

This is when Jesus will return for the believers, but it is also the day of Judgement. All will have to face the Judgement seat of God. Jesus is also bringing with Him His heavenly army to defeat Babylon and the armies of the nations who are attacking Jerusalem and Israel, the people of His eye.

There is a lot more to these events and in time we hope to look at different aspects that are mentioned across the bible, not just in the book of Revelation.

Joel 2:1,  Zephaniah 1:14,  Matthew 7:22,  2 Peter 2:9.

God is moving in Africa. Part-Two.

Africa in the Bible.

The bible has much to say about Africa and its lands, peoples and kingdoms. From the beginning Africa existed and was a key player after the Noahic flood. Africa has been connected with the kings of Israel and despite its current problems Christianity is growing.

During the pouring out of the Holy Spirit in Jerusalem 2000 years ago, Africa was mentioned. God blesses peoples for theirr faith in Him and their stance to keep His truths.

Genesis 2:13,  Psalm 72:10,  Ezekiel 30:5,  38:5,  Nahum 4:9,  Mark 15:21,  Act 2:10,  6:9.

The road to Emmaus. Part-One.

‘Witnesses.

Jesus has now arisen from the dead and He has started to appear to his followers. He appears to two of them returning home to Emmaus from Jerusalem and walks with them. We soon discover that they are very much aware of the great events that have happened in Jerusalem over the last few days, but they have failed to grasp the significance of who Jesus in. Luke 24:13-35,  Matthew 16:12-13.

This is the problems that we continue to have today, as we maintain the traditions of religion based on keeping things, rather than having a faith and personal relationship with Jesus.

These two men hoped for the deliverance of Israel from the Roman occupation and only saw Jesus as a great prophet. Luke 24: 19, 21.

Pentecost (50-Days). Part-One.

Jesus has now returned to heaven. Acts 1:8. and the promised Holy Spirit/Ghost is about to be poured out on the Disciples and followers of Jesus in the Temple courts in Jerusalem, Roman occupied Israel. John 7:39, John 14:16-17, 26, John 15:26, John 16:7.

The Holy Spirit/Ghost comes like a rushing wind and tongues of fire are seen falling on these men from Galilee. The Temple is full of Jews from all over the known world of the day, who have come to Jerusalem to celebrate the first harvest festival. Acts 2:1-17.

The prophecy of Joel is also fulfilled. Joel 2:28-32, Acts 2:17-21.

But this is now the beginnings of a new dispensation of the Way, the new congregation, which will later be known as the Church. The Holy Spirit/Ghost, Parakletos, comforter is only to be given to those who come to a personal faith in Jesus as the Son of God, crucified, resurrected from the dead and one day will return for them at the end of the age.

But everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. Joel 2:32.
