Evil Times?

We have been Warned!

Believers should realise by now that we are living in the last days, before the return of our Lord Jesus to take us home! The bible tells us that things are only going to get worse and that means more of everything that is bad?

But it also means that many believers will fall away into false teachings that oppose God, even the elected (Ministers, Priests, Vicars and Pastors) will too turn from the truth to follow things that displease the Lord!

Being selfish and lovers of themselves, indifferent and not having love of forgiveness but still appear as if they do?

Called Too? Two.

Persevere!

This is an old fashioned word that appears not to be much in circulation today, yet it is a very active word for all believers to refuse the ways and the things of the world?

The world is telling us today that we deserve our freedoms to everything we want, and many believers are falling for this lie? Instead of persevering and refusing they are accepting and opening themselves up to evil!

God expects us to be obedient to Him and to the cost of Jesus shedding His blood on the cross/stake/tree for us!. Even before the cross Jesus’ back was like a ploughed field, this atonement is very precious indeed but many today either refuse to see or throw it away for temporary pleasures?

Genesis 32:24-28,  1 Kings 8:52-58,  Mark 14:38,   Ephesians 6:18,   1 Peter 2:24,   1 John 3:7.

Halloween. Two.

Authority over the Enemy.

All Hallows is the traditional time to point out that God has more power over the darkness, demonic, evil and wickedness in this world! It is also a time of dressing up and having fun with our children?

For believers we are reminded of the struggles that we face everyday and we see and know that God through the Holy Spirit has given us the authority to rebuke the Devil, knowing that he will flee from us.

Gods love for this world can only truly be found in His one and only son Jesus, who went of His own choice to the cross to die for our failures! His resurrection from the grave made the victory of taking away the sting of death! The world fears many things, but there is no fear in Love, in Jesus love.

Job 5:15,  Psalm 10:3-4,  Isaiah 41:10,  1 Corinthians 13:4-8,  Galatians 5:14,  James 4:7, 1 Peter 3:14,  Revelation 2:10.

Rumours of Wars. TWO

Strife, Terror.

Evil people are good at using idele hands to do their bidding!

The Middle-East is full of disabled children, and woman being used as huma shields and then thos who try to practice democrasy be accused of war crimes.

Here in Europe we have to deal daily with mentally ill men stabbing and shooting people going about their own business. Police and intelligance either cannot find a link, because of ease of Internet access to videos and hate sermons.

We on the other hand have to keep trusting Jesus through all of this, without worrying!

Matthew 10:26-28,  Mark 12:14,  John 14:27, Romans 8:13, 15, Ephesians 6:4.

Jesus Return. Part-Two.

‘You will see Me Again.’

Jesus told the religious men of His day who were sending Him to the cross, that they would see Him again in glory. This is a fact that we cannot escape, all of humanity will see Jesus at the end.

The bible tells us that men will hide under the rocks hoping for death, but we who are believers will instead be caught up in air to be with Him.

Matthew 26:64,  Mark 14:62,  1 Thessalonians 4:17,  Revelation 6:16.

Genocide. Part-One.

The world has seen Many!

The mass murder of people is nothing new in human history but during the 20th Century there were quite a few. Starting with the Armenians in Turkey or the Ottoman Empire, the the Nazi Holocaust 1938-46, the mass murder of over six million Chinese under the Japanese occupation 1931-45, the Italian mass murder in Abbisynia 1932-40.

After the second world war (1939-45) Communist China killed millions of its own people, two genocides broke out in Rwanda/Rouanda killing millions, while Cambodia had its own population descimated by a evil Disctator.

Exodus 2, Esther, Matthew 2.

Paying the Price.

Stephen.

Stephen is the first Christian martyr of the New Tesatament and is an example to all of us, that sometimes we may end up in a sticky situation. The men who murdered Stephen hated him, because they could not prove him wrong and at the same time they were refusing to believe the truth.

Today the world is full of wicked, evil and selfish people, who just want to take what is not theirs, want to lie and steal, refuse to work, make excuses. We need to be careful in what we say and not to over do it.

Psalm 44:22,  Acts 6:11-15,  7:54-60,  22:20,  Revelation 12:11.
