Jesus First. Part-One.

Emphasis on Him.

We are now entering the traditional Christmas Season starting on the 1th December and running to the 19th of January, depending on what Christian branch one belongs to?

We tend today in the hype of Christmas to foget who is the centre, religion and conviction of tradition can cover and limit it to one or two days. The reason for this wide period is, because no one knows exactly when He Jesus was born.

But what we do know is that over the last 2000 years He has changed the lives of Billions of people around the world, starting from Jerusalem in Israel to the farthest points known on our world.

Luke 1:35-37,  Mark 16:5,   Acts 2:7-21,  8:27,  Romans 15:24-28.

Freedom Fighters or Terrorists.

Your view, my View.

That is the story the world over for one it is the struggle against oppression and the other those cowardly murderers. We are so quick sometimes to join the band in condeming terror, when we fail to understand the full picture.

The EU has encouraged many young Muslim men to go out to Syria on humanitarian mission, most of the time a cover name for illegal military action. Now some thousands have ended up on the wrong side fighting with ISIL, IS, ISIS or the Islamic Caliphate of Syria and the Levant. This confusion of names is a deliberate act by the media to cause confusion and hide the real situation.

Job 24:13-17, 28.

Enoch.

The day of judgement is coming and all of humanity will be convicted of their greed, evil, exploitation. but on that day there will be no chance to repent of the wrong committed. Genesis 5:18-24, Jude 14-15.

Enoch was an ordinary man who lived by faith, he walked with God and despite having a family and all the problems that life brings, he was able to maintain fellowship with God. God was so pleased with him, that he suddenly took him, translated (taken-up). Enoch disappeared one day, there were no fanfares, celebrations, parties, he just was taken.

Leviticus 26:3, Psalm 1:1, 15:2-3, 16:11, Proverbs 10:9, 21:9.

The time for Salvation is now, today, in repentance, changed attitudes.

But there must remain conditions to continuing with the Lord Jesus. Romans 6:4, 2 Corinthians 4:2, 5:7.
